All dogs normally start off on a slip leash for all programs. I also utilize prong collars if I think it will be beneficial to you and your dog. I don't use ANY specific tool without your permission; however I do urge you to keep an open mind about any tool you may not have used before. We will go over the proper way to use both of these tools and anything else we may end up using and you're welcome to of course voice any questions or concerns at any time!
Day Training
Day Training is a hybrid program of owner sessions and trainer sessions where I travel to you for every lesson but half of the lessons will be just your dog and me (trainer sessions) and the other half will be with you included (owner sessions)! You don't even need to be home for the trainer sessions if you don't want to be!
This is so that as soon as your dog starts with me I'm setting a precedent with rules and behavior and starting a foundation with what they'll be learning. After a couple trainer sessions, you'll have an owner session to learn what your dog has been learning and how to start practicing on your own! Every session will be scheduled ahead of time so you know when you're included and when you don't need to be. *Every session is an hour*
Day Training Package: 9 lessons (5 Trainer sessions, 4 Owner sessions)
1-19 miles: $1,085
20-30 miles: $1,310
*over 30 miles is $2/mile mileage fee*
Day Training Mini Package: 5 lessons (3 Trainer sessions, 2 Owner sessions)
1-19 miles: $625
20-30 miles: $750
*over 30 miles is $2/mile mileage fee*
Private Lessons
This option is great if you only want a few, or even just one, one on one sessions(s) with you and your dog with me in your home. I'll be teaching you to teach your dog.
1-19 miles: $110/lesson
20-30 miles: $135/lesson
*over 30 miles is $2/mile mileage fee*
You also have the option to travel to me for your private sessions, (we meet in the lot across from 29 Main St in Chester, Ma) $90/lesson
Puppy Headstart
This 4 session package is for puppies 8-16 weeks old only and is geared towards setting them up for success. I come to you and we focus on building their confidence, socializing them properly, working on engagement, leash introduction, house training, crate training, how to keep bad habits from starting, etc. We touch on it all!
1-19 miles: $365
20-30 miles: $415

E Collar
This option is for owners who want reliable off leash freedom with their dog while being able to still communicate with them effectively. Package includes teaching you how to use your collar and remote properly, finding your dog's working level and conditioning them to understand what it means and how to "turn it off".
Dogs must be at least 6 months of age and have some basic obedience on leash.
All collars must be a trainer approved brand (Garmin, Dogtra, E Collar Technologies).
E Collar Package: 4 lessons
1-19 miles: $415 (if supplying your own collar)
$635 (with ECollar Technologies Mini Educator included)
20-30 miles: $515 (if supplying your own collar)
$735 (with ECollar Technologies Mini Educator included)

Group Options
All Group Classes are held at Fur's A Flyin' Pet Grooming in Easthampton, Ma.
General
This option is a great way to learn / brush up on obedience skills in a group setting with a few other like-minded owners with me there to teach and help you along!
$300 for 6 classes ($250 for return clients)

Trick Dog
This class is for teaching your dog AKC tricks to be able to get a trick title! Learning tricks is great mental stimulation for dogs, as well as confidence boosting and it's great for your relationship as it's something fun for you to do together! Testing is offered at the end of the classes.

Canine Good Citizen (CGC)
The CGC tests dog’s basic good manners and obedience skills, requiring participants to pass several different criteria. These classes are to teach and prepare owners for the 10 skills CGC test. The testing is available at the end of the classes.

Board and Train
We offer two different Board and Train options; a 2 week on leash option ($2,000) and a 2 week E Collar option (2,400).
